Spaces South End

What a gorgeous space to call your office? Spaces South End is far more spacious than some other Charlotte locations. The offices are clean and private, the conference room is comfortable, the break room area has ice and coffee. Staff is professional, pleasant and knows their place well. I would love to work here when I need to meet a client, or just need a Sun-filled day to be productive. Parking is tight, but that’s South End. Right outside the door are two dozen places to eat or get a snack. 5/5 highly recommend.

Great lighting, don’t feel cooped up. Also great location with walking distances to several eateries. Good location for a temporary set up. Rita was a fantastic resource for any questions our team had!

Do not rent an office here under ANY circumstances. We paid $4,000 for temporary one month of office rental. The unit didn’t exist - it was a storage room, which we discovered on the first day. There were plenty of vacant offices available, but the issue wasn’t resolved until the 11th of the month. Regus still double-charged us for both “offices.” After we left, they continued charging our card until unauthorized charges exceeded $16,000. As many other reviews note, the reception staff is unprofessional, management ignores calls and emails, and when you do manage to reach them, you only get empty promises to resolve issues or send refunds - yet they almost never meet a single deadline.
