im a door dash worker and i had a recent incident with one of your employees Michelle R she was being disrespectful towards me and cussing me out and threatening me and saying i took her food and left it where i wanted too but i tried following her instructions and her address provided was wrong, i dont like the fact someone that rude is working here. all i did was do my job im still new to down town so i do get lost finding places there and then.

The representative changed the price for a lower rate, told me that is what it would be for a year; then after I sent back the contract, she said it was only for the first few months. I immediately said cancel because was quoted a rate, but was told something different, didn't know if this company was Renaissance or Spaces. I told her I was uncomfortable with the hold process do not proceed until I callback because I felt like I was being defrauded. I have sent all the emails with this information; I was told billing would stop but they keep sending me these bills for a service I have NEVER RECEIVED. I hate writing these negative reviews but this place deserves one. I agree with others that staff at the location are void of any customer service experience. It’s sort of sad to be honest. And really shameful that they are not forgiving rent or waiving late fees for the other reviewer like they explained. Or coming up with some other common sense solution. They clearly only care about $$$. For our experience, we found talking to them is like talking to a bot. They constantly state they can’t help with any issues that you have. Does not compute. So then when you ask who can, they tell you that they don’t know, but we should reach out to corporate support for help. So we did that and it took three plus weeks and about six emails for a response from their corporate team. Via email only of

The worst billing experience EVER. I cancelled in order to relocate my office and I am not in a contract. I followed their guidelines to cancel and they keep billing me. This is going on month 3 and they charged my card an extra month, they have not returned my deposit, and I just got another invoice for October when I cancelled in Aug. It may be a great place, however if you want to move it's not so easy to get them to stop billing you. I would never put a debit card on file with them and at this point I would not Ever consider one of their office spaces again. This has left a bad taste for Spaces.
