From the moment I moved into my office at Spaces, Jessica and Stephanie have been absolutely exceptional. They have gone above and beyond in every way — helping with the move-in process, answering calls from my company when needed, keeping me informed of anything important, and consistently making sure everything runs smoothly. What truly stands out is their professionalism and warmth. They are attentive, proactive, and genuinely care about the businesses operating here. They make you feel supported, not just like a tenant. The space itself is always clean, organized, and beautifully maintained, which reflects the pride they take in managing this location. I have been working out of this location for one year, and love it. Excellent location, and generally enough space (they have 2 large floors, booths, tables, etc) highly recommended. The staff is great- **Jessica is the best! Always really helpful and goes out of her way to make things work smoothly-she’s a gem! 💎

I was verbally told one thing on the phone (a recorded line with Johanna Houston) and another thing in person with Stephanie Martin. I signed up a month in advance for mail services. I was told when I travel I could have my mail scanned (on a month to month need basis). I signed up. I was later told they will no longer offer this feature; then I was told I am required to pay the additional fee ($35) EVERY MONTH for 24 months. Then I was told I have to pay a mandatory $9 fee on TOP of the $135 mail collection fee. You charge to receive my mail and then make me pay $9 to receive my mail again. This was NOT part of the disclosure when signing up. Even though the service has not started I was told, they hope I would stay with the company and then told within 24 hours I cannot cancel even thoug

Be very careful with this place. Random policies to make you spend more. Terrible customer service. And hard to reach support. I do not really recommend this place. Had more than a problem once with them. And they sre not for the customer. Will be switching where I book my meeting rooms as this place is very nice, but very bad when it comes to taking care of their customers.

Have resorted to pinning clients on wrongful contracts - i was there for a week on a business trip (im canadian) i paid for a 10 day membership so i could get some extra work in quiet, only to find out when i went back home that they pinned me to a monthly subscription for $210 - when i told them that this was certainly an error, they essentially told me to go away... this is company malpractice.
