Spaces Jack London Square

Great "space" to work, large range of areas to work in, quiet room, a room to take calls, booths, couches, high tables. Lots of light and open space. Front desk were very welcoming (thanks Imen) and gave me a tour. Looking forward to coming in more often.

I’ve been a member for over a year. The experience has been poor. The space is beautiful. But the decentralized management is a mess. Nobody takes accountability and the "community manager" never once visited the community since I've been here. There are lots of arbitrary fees that they bill and often in error. Amara and the recent staff at the front desk improved my experience but they have very little control over the experience beyond the front desk. I have also noticed a lack of diversity in the staff.

A world class experience. Views were spectacular which made for a great work environment. Connectivity was really fast. Need to take care of business needs in Jack London Square area-strongly reccomend.

Please Be Aware: As stated multiple times in other reviews, this firm will significantly overcharge you with automated fees, while the staff and leadership will take active measures to avoid and/or deflect your polite and proactive escalations, resulting in significant time and budget lost as a member. For a $320/month coworking office contract that was signed on December 30, 2024, I had been charged over $2,000 even before the end of March… As a member, you may be auto-charged accidentally for multiple offices, charged compounding late fees while having a credit card on-file from the inception date of your contract, initiated charges you never approved or authorized for “IT Services” - which are allegedly premium WiFi internet” (that you don’t need) - “Restoration Services” to clean an

After a year long office membership for a business and 4 months of working to exit SPACES I would give this location 1 star and wouldn't recommend. SPACES really struggles with communication, customer service, invoicing clarity, and systems. If you decide to move forward with SPACES Jack London Square you want to go into it with the knowledge that: 1. If you are mischarged, they do not provide direct access to an accounting department so the front desk will field questions and concerns and that process takes a few weeks. 2. Exiting your membership agreement, you should plan to spent upwards of $1,500 for thier "restoration fees charged when a client leaves a space." This is the fee for"assessing" your office space and any cleaning necessary even if the office is completely empty. 3. T
