We have been super disappointed with the Spaces in Fulton Market. We are primarily using them for their mail forwarding service. Over the last year, I have repeatedly raised concerns about the mail not being forwarded, I've had to check in and ask if we have mail and most recently received mail in February that was postmarked from November. Three months into signing up, we were informed that they were only forwarding mail for our dba name, not our corporate inc name and forced us to sign up for a second account to get that mail forwarded as well. I also recently discovered duplicate charges for the non-existent mail service on our account. So now we are paying double for an extremely unreliable service. Finally, like expressed by others, the billing systems are highly problematic. D

We moved our office here 1.5 years ago and are very happy with the decision. The staff, Brian & Krysta, are supper friendly, responsive and supportive. The location is perfect. And the building and amenities provide a very comfortable working space.

Stay away from Regus/Spaces and their unfair and deceptive business practices. They force customers into paying additional months for services they no longer wish to receive. The customer service is just non existent. Erica the community manager at Fulton Market is just rude, irritated, and unwilling to help! We have been loyal customers of Spaces since 2018, and until recently, our experience has been positive. However, we have encountered persistent issues with making payments through the app, consistently receiving an error message that instructs us to try again in 48 hours. This has forced us to make payments over the phone, but unfortunately, customer service was unable to assist us in setting up autopay, citing the need to use the app, which continues to present problems. The location is great and the staff are friendly but as a user without an office it is not ideal. First, if you want to work after 5pm you cannot get back into the building, or for that matter you can't get in if you want to work before the staff arrives in the morning. The hours are really restrictive and the open space for non-office users is very small and not very comfortable. Finding a space to work is not always easy and finding a space with an outlet is even harder. I have not toured other co working spaces in the area, but I plan to cancel my membership at this one. I would rather work at a coffee shop than waste money on this. The offices do seem nice, but they are very expensive. The best thing about this space is the location, outside of that I don't seen the appeal.

Edit: the Spaces response ("please raise a case through the help section of your account") is pretty representative of our experience. I briefly had an office here, but barely lasted a couple months before moving out. Our problems: a) The office was visibly dirty with smudge marks on the wall. It took a long time for the walls to be repainted; turnover doesn't seem to have happened before we moved in. b) A/C was turned off on nights and weekends, making non-standard working hours impossible. c) There was almost no sound insulation + huge gaps on the doors and windows, so taking calls inside the office was loud. d) We still haven't received our deposit back. e) The construction crew entered our office and left our locked doors open – with no notice. When we came back, the door locking mode
