The entire team is friendly and responsive, and they truly care about the members. I especially want to thank Amber, she is exceptional, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. This organization engaged in deceptive practices. I needed a short term space for co-working while I was in town for a few weeks and despite being very clear about what my needs and their assurances that this is what they offered, they tried to enroll me in a long term contract that required a massive lead time to cancel. The details of the contract were completely at odds with what was represented and I terminated the agreement and considered it null and void on its face. Despite this, I am still getting invoices and threatening letters that I pay for something I never wanted. The space itself was nice enough and I overpaid for the one day I worked there. The co-working room itself has no windows and is rather stuffy compared to some of the open concept spaces I’m used to. the on-site man
