Spaces Duke Street

I am currently in my third year as a private office customer. The facilities are generally well-maintained and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. After one year of liking the office I signed a two-year renewal in Summer 2021. When offering a contract, the sales staff do not disclose that buried all the way on the last page of the terms and conditions is an "indexation" clause which states that if you sign onto a lease longer than 12 months (ostensibly to save money on future rent increases), they will simply raise your rent every 12 months anyway, without notice. They claim this is tied to an inflation index, but none of their documents explain where the number comes from; it's purely at their discretion.

I toured Spaces with Zin White and would like to share how well organized and professional the tour was. Zin was quick to respond and share different options that might work best for my business and budget. I chose to move forward with a different space but would recommend touring and working with Zin to find the right fit.

Spaces 2000 Duke Street Alexander va Receptionist is very Nasty and gets lots of complaints! Stay Away!!!!

There is not parking! Awful!!!
