Booked a meeting from via Regus for 8:30 am. Arrived to find the office locked and nobody around. Lady on reception arrived at 9:25 no apology, then promptly vanished for 30 minutes so we couldn't get any assistance with addressing the other issues with our booking. Shocking customer service experience.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Regus. I was assured by their sales representative that a payment of $207 was all that was required to receive keys and access the office space. After making this payment and signing the agreement, I was denied access and informed that two additional invoices needed to be paid — none of which were disclosed prior to signing or outlined in the contract. I have never received keys, accessed the space, or even set foot in the building. When attempting to resolve the issue, the on-site manager admitted over the phone that sales representatives "often lie to close deals," leaving the on-site staff to manage the resulting dissatisfied customers.
