Spa ZenAura Massage

Today's couples massage was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had in a day spa. The space was calm and relaxing from start to finish and both therapists were professional, attentive, and very skilled. The pressure was perfect and they made sure we were both comfortable the entire time. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and reconnected. We both became members and look forward to returning next month! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had an incredible experience at Spa ZenAura Massage with Michael this past week. He was absolutely amazing — took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and delivered perfectly. The cupping session was 10/10, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The overall customer service was top-notch from start to finish. How do you leave in more pain than when you went in? It was horrible. I call to see what kind of 1 hr massage I can get with my gift certificate. The phone went straight to voicemail (yes it was opening hours) and then I got a text to make an appointment which I didn't want I had questions. Regardless I booked for same day an hour and half later. I show up 10 min before as requested and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone came out to me. Thankfully I started the clip board info papers myself and I was taken back to the massage room. Now the lobby smelled great like a spa should but they were cooking their lunch (at 1130am) and the whole place smelled like food. Not relaxing AT ALL! Consistently a wonderful experience! Initially suggested by local friends in Westchase, my wife and best friend and I have visited this spa SO many times over the past single digit number of years. The staff is on point with service ALWAYS meeting or exceeding expectations. The owner, Jessica, has a delightful energy as well. 10 out of 10; highly recommend!!!!

My husband and I came in for massages and facials for to celebrate my birthday and the services we received were absolutely amazing! Our skin was glowing thanks to Mallory and after hiking the week before, the massage by Fran was exactly what we needed. We haven't treated ourselves to a spa day in years, but after our experience today, we made a vow that we will return before the year is over. Thank you for such quality services!
