I had the most amazing experience at Spa Sway in Westlake! I booked an 80-minute European buccal facial with Laura, and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She worked through so much tension in my jaw and focused on lymphatic drainage, and I could immediately see a difference in the puffiness of my face when I left. Laura was incredibly knowledgeable and explained what she was doing throughout the treatment but in a way that didn’t take away from the relaxation at all. It was the perfect balance of education and pure zen. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The lymphatic facial I received from Laura was outstanding! I felt and saw immediate results, it was a truly remarkable service. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, talking me through the process and informing me of the benefits. Her skills backed with her kind nature left me feeling wonderful. I will absolutely be back to see her again soon! This is just one of many treatments I’ve received at Spa Sway and I can honestly say that every staff member has been professional, experienced and warm. 10/10 recommend.

When you first arrive you are greeted by the brightest smile you’ll ever see - behind that smile is Gaby! She greeted my friend and I with such warmth and open arms making us feel comfortable and cozy as soon as we arrived. She offered a free glass of wine so we could get settled in while she checked us in effortlessly. We had Adam as our massage therapist and he had the hands of an angel and made everything comfortable and easy. I will definitely be going back for more services. I booked an 80 minute Himalayan salt stone massage with Jazmine at their Westlake location and it was amazing! Jazmine was very careful to address all my needs and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. The benefits of the Himalayan salt stone were better than I expected - as someone who deals with allergies in Austin I felt relief immediately afterwards, and my energy felt more balanced. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. 10/10, will be back!

I had a membership for about 6 months and really wanted to love Spa Sway but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. I wasn't getting any results from the facials, I tried both hydrofacials and the custom facial. The last facial I got was the custom facial and the extractions left hyperpigmentation and scarring on my forehead even after I had told the esthetician to go easy because I had an event the next day. I just didn't find the staff to be as knowledgeable as I would've liked overall. Everyone was friendly and the facials were relaxing just not very results-oriented. edit: The manager personally reached out and was very kind. They took the time to listen and even gave me a thoughtful gift as a gesture of goodwill to help reach a favorable resolution for both of us.
