Spa Sapphire

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing spa. We did a couples massage and Aleah and Alexis were very kind and gave great massages! They have plenty of water, snacks and towels. There’s even a sauna and steam room! They also do nails and hair🥰 The only “downer” was this beeping noise in the massage room we were in. It was the hot water boiler and it was beeping the entire massage which did it make a little annoying. It could’ve just been the particular room we were in! So just a heads up if anyone gets the first massage room on the left!

I came here after a miscarriage, with full doctor approval and no longer bleeding, just hoping for some healing and comfort. Instead, I was refused service because of my miscarriage. I explained everything, but they showed zero compassion. I felt judged and unwelcome when I needed kindness most. No one should be treated this way — especially when they’re already hurting.

Robert is suburb. He does a beautiful job and is so very kind. I Receive so many-compliments On my hair from the color to the cut!!! I feel like I’m back in New York City with the results

My daughter and I had our First experience at Sapphire Spa at Mohegan Sun. Giving one star was my first choice, however, gave two star because the areas of the spa we did see were clean and smelled nice. Never have I been to a spa that you didn’t have to complete some sort of waiver, health screening, areas to focus on etc. maybe that part would have come later in the process but after waiting over 20 minutes in our robes and slippers and not being acknowledged by several staff that walked pass us, we unfortunately changed into our street clothes and left the spa. PS. I never leave reviews for things like this , but I was really disappointed and had higher expectations.

Spent a full day at this spa and was very disappointed. From the start we were supposed to be served herbal cleansing tea which they did not have. The robe I was given was ripped and the slides didn’t even fit me. The decor was so outdated , red velvet curtains, very cheap. The 60 minute massage was more like someone just rubbing lotion on you. No pressure or force to any muscle, it was very weak. They also spent like 15-20 minutes alone just rubbing their fingers through my scalp which absolutely did nothing for me. They didn’t even touch our lower backs at all. The towels smelled as if they weren’t dried properly and were air dried after being left in a washer overnight. We ordered chocolate covered strawberries and were given a plate of strawberries drizzled with chocolate syrup. I got
