I loved the relaxing atmosphere, both rooms were super inviting, my favorite was the butter mints for my tea & my masseuse Will was exceptional. He sat down and talked with me before the massage and observed me leaning to the right side and worked on that side of my body. He found every muscle that was stressed and worked it out. Best massage retreat in Cary, North Carolina.

I love the atmosphere of this retreat but I particularly love my massage therapist, Heather. I have been with Heather for a long time and she is simply the best at what she does. She listens to the issue at hand and then thinks about ways to address it beyond just massaging right on the sore area. She goes beyond that area to find attachments and connecting muscles and ligaments to get them relaxed so that the central problem spot can also relax and then stay relaxed. Without doing that, so often The trouble spot comes right back. She knows the musculoskeletal anatomy and has a thorough understanding of what connects to what in order to resolve the issue at hand. My hubby bought me a gift certificate from Spa Retreat Cary that he found by all the good reviews. I’ve been twice already and love this spa. The staff welcomes you and are so friendly. The waiting rooms are so zen. I absolutely enjoyed my massages and facial from wonderful people who are experts at what they do. So soothing, relaxing, and yummy delicious treatments. I was in Heaven. This spa location is very far from where I live (1 hr) but totally worth my drive. I love this spa and the people. They are so amazing at what they do. I highly recommend you book a treatment!

Highly recommend coming here. My husband treated me to a relaxing spa day here and I would do it again in a heart beat. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. If you want a phenomenal massage, make sure to book with Samantha. She is incredible.

I booked the Renew package for my birthday and it certainly made me feel "renewed"! The massage (Heather), foot soak (Nicole), and facial (Chloe) were all amazing. Everyone was warm, inviting, and made me feel well taken care of. The facility was clean and the available ammenities were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
