I booked massages and facials for my daughter and her best friend. Maria, at the front desk was incredibly helpful with the reservation process and also very kind during and after the appointment. Erika and Alexia took great care of the girls (both 23) allowing them to be in the same room for their massage treatments. The locker room facilities were lovely and clean though a little tight for my daughter with her walker. She is currently fighting brain cancer, but I stayed and assisted her as needed without a problem. Alexia was wonderful with her. This was my daughter's first massage experience and she said it felt like Alexia had 10 hands. She felt relaxed and pampered throughout both treatments. Both girls did. I booked a couples massage at Sap Q in Fort Lauderdale through Groupon for Thursday, 2/26 to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, Maria repeated twice that we were booked for Thursday. I would not have scheduled for Friday because I was going to be out of town. When we arrived at our confirmed time on Thursday, Maria told us we were actually booked for Friday. I explained that she had verbally confirmed Thursday twice when I made the appointment, but she argued with me and made me feel like it was my mistake. She eventually “squeezed us in,” but we only received a 25-minute massage instead of the 50-minute session that was purchased. The massage felt rushed and unfortunately was the absolute worst I’ve experienced. It did not feel relax

I did a 110 minute deep tissue with hot stones which was great. I had to get them to understand my pressure desires then we were good. Loved the steam room in the men’s locker room. my girl got a massage, facial & body scrub & let me tell you, it worked out well for me later! ;-)

Shirelle was a fantastic massage therapist! I have had many massages over the last 15 years and I appreciated her unique techniques and I felt great afterwords. One of the best I’ve had and I would highly recommend and intend on requesting her again when I return. Many thanks!

My friend and I visited the spa for a birthday celebration, and while the beginning of our visit was lovely, the overall experience ended up being quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a young African-American woman at the front desk who was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She truly set a positive tone and represented the spa beautifully. The facility itself was stunning, and our massages were wonderful relaxing and well done. Unfortunately, things took a turn during checkout and afterward, which left a lasting negative impression. Before the front desk associate went on break, she told us another staff member, who first introduced herself as the manager and later as the supervisor would assist with our daybed setup.
