Spa Pro Nails

Nail retention is good, however I paid 68$ for a full set (not bad for shorties) but the fill itself started at 50$. Which is insane to me… at that point might as well get a new set! Not very friendly or personable people either. The environment was stiff. With so many competitors in the area I personally would not settle for this place. Would be willing to pay for a better, friendlier environment.

10/18/25 Just wanted to jump back on here and say I am still going to Spa Pro Nails with Andy after all this time! I have been so impressed with all the designs he has done on my nails but this one is adorable for the fall! If you need a nail tech please go visit Andy at Spa Pro Nails!! You won’t regret it! I was about to give up on getting my nails done until I found Spa Pro Nails and Andy through a friend! Andy does such great work and my nails last a long time. I like that I am able to show him an idea and he does it. My latest set is so cute! I am glad I was told about Spa Pro Nails and about Andy!

This salon Is absolutely amazing not only are all the staff very nice creative and respectful. The atmosphere and Feng shui of the place is just great. Pricing is extremely fair. Lena is my girl and she’s amazing. She outdo herself every time with my nails. And I’m always with a design

I got my nails done here for the first time, and they did an EXCELLENT job. But i gave them a 3 star review because the customer service was terrible. One of the nial techs was very nice to me, but extremely rude to another customer. The customer was being so polite but the nail tech was rude to her for no reason. I felt unwelcome the entire time. Very good nails, but horrible service. I hope that the next time i return, their customer service has improved

I had a very uncomfortable experience here. From the moment I walked in, the overall vibe felt tense and unwelcoming… lots of glaring and an atmosphere that made me feel like I was bothering them just by being there. The technician who initially did my nails was rude, and despite paying for gel nails, I did not receive what I paid for. My nails began lifting and coming off in less than 10 hours, one even came off while I was asleep. When I brought this up, I was told it must be because I was “picking at them,” which was absolutely not true. This felt dismissive and unprofessional. Later, a male technician redid my nails and did a good job, but by that point it was clear the staff was annoyed with me for simply expecting the service I paid for. No customer should be made to feel like an i
