Spa Nails Salon

I needed an emergency appointment and they were very busy so I went to a different nail tech. I will never make that mistake again. The other nail tech did a horrible paint job. Ana at spa nails did an impeccable job. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails this week

I just paid $65 for nails that I don’t like I told the lady that the pink on my accent nail did not match the orange that I wanted and she refused to change it the spiderweb that I asked for is hardly even a design. It’s sloppy and the nails are not the shape that I asked for. I asked or oval and got rounded square all In all it was just a bad experience and I feel like my opinion on the nails that I payed for didn’t matter

This was my second time going in. I was a walk in both times. If I set appts, I tend to cancel because I don't like spending money on myself. Both times I walked out super happy. My nails were exactly the way I wanted. The lady was gentle and very sweet. I will definitely go back! EDIT: came in to get a Polish fix from somebody else who did a horrible job. I believe the lady that fixed them for was Ana. She did an impeccable job. My nails look gorgeous

I got my nails done for prom and they did not fill my acrylics in all the way. It looks like they’ve been worn for a week. They also didn’t get the matte polish covering my entire nail. You can see the glossy polish in the sides. They’ve done good in the past, but seems as if they are getting sloppy. Also noticed the set prices are not being followed. They seem to add charges as they go. Left my nails unfilled, uneven, and different types of polish covering them.

I went to this establishment on 5/3/25 and was told they couldn't accommodate me at 5:55 pm because they close at 7pm. I was going to get a pedicure and a full set. The employee stated "Come back tomorrow. " I again went in there this morning at 11:18 am as it states on the website 11a-5p Walk-ins Welcome. I didn't feel very WELCOMED when I was asked "Do you have an appointment?" And I informed the same gentleman that I spoke with the day prior "No. You said to come back tomorrow. " The employee went on to say they couldn't accommodate me again. I can't say much about their services but I will say that I will never attempt to go to this establishment again. It was a waste of my time both days and as a travel nurse I wouldn't recommend.
