Spa Nails

I am new to getting my nails done. This is the third nail salon that I have tried in the Gresham area. I get my nails dipped. I’ve been here twice. Spa Nails has had the best costumer service. Also, I like the fact that they make every customer wash their hands before treatment, and that they use LED light instead of traditional UV lamps. The first time I had my dip removed and redone here, it was fairly painful, but my nails were so beautiful that I wanted to give them a second chance. I let them know of my prior experience, and had a different technician (Hannah) this second time, and there was no pain at all. I will be making regular appointments at Spa Nails with Hannah!

I've been a loyal customer of Spa Nails for the past 15 years, and the service has consistently been outstanding. Over the years, the staff have come to feel like family — especially Kim, who was always so kind and welcoming. With some recent staff changes, I was initially a bit concerned about how the overall environment might shift. But I'm happy to say that my experience has remained just as positive — if not better! First time coming here and it was the best! Quiet and cozy. Front desk greeted me very friendly. Nail techs did an amazing job and paid close attention to detail. Appointment was at 1:45pm I left close to 4pm. Worth it. Definitely coming back!! ❤️❤️

I'm relatively new to getting acrylic/gel, but I have several close friends who have gone other places and they always compliment my nails when I get them done here! The pricing is very reasonable for someone wanting a simple set, and the staff is friendly and does a good job. I've been working and rebooking with Annie specifically, and I'm very happy with her application and artwork! I can't speak to more complicated sets since mine have mostly been more simple (she did do great airbrushed aura nails for my birthday though), but I'd definitely recommend. If you're new to nails like I was, just know that a new set will cost more than a refill, so don't get too sticker-shocked thinking it's that much every time.
