Spa Nails

I got a manicure at the salon and was very happy with it and my technician. However just a few days later, 4 of my nails chipped. I called the salon and was offered a free service to redo my nails. I am so happy with my new manicure and the good customer service.

Horrible experience. Lady was so rude from start to finish. Nails are nothing like the picture I showed. Dust and acrylic sticking on the nails and under. I got my eyebrows done and have never left with them bleeding before untill today!! Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and a luxury. Not whatever i just experienced. Oh, and don't even bother trying to tip unless you specify first that you will be tipping on the card.. you will get attitude!

Very nice staff. They do amazing work!!! Best place I have gone in buffalo for my nails.

I ended up not staying to get my nails done after seeing how dirty this place was :/

I LOVE this place!! Joe and Jenny are just fantastic. They take their time and do a bang-up job. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
