I went in to get my nails done and explained upfront that if they weren’t able to do the design, I didn’t mind not getting them done. Instead of being honest about their skill set, they talked me into getting them. During the process, I had to constantly correct the technician—changing the color, the design, and giving directions step by step because they clearly didn’t know how to do what I asked for. When we finished, another nail tech actually laughed at my nails and then tried to cover it up by saying she thought they looked beautiful, which felt very insincere. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. They were condescending and not truthful about what they were actually capable of doing. From this to THIS ❤️ After my initial review, I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from the salon. The manager, Lisa, personally reached out to me to address my concerns. She was kind, understanding, and genuinely apologetic. She invited me to come back, and I decided to give them another chance. Lisa did my nails herself, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She listened to my preferences and ensured everything was perfect this time. The experience was so much better—Lisa was easy to talk to, professional, and truly cared about making things right. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service and willingness to fix the situation. Lisa has definitely won me over, and I’m officially a fan! I’ll be back in two weeks for a refill and a pedicure. Highly recommend giving

This is the nicest place I've been to in the 2 months I've been here in Memphis. They did a fantastic job and my nails look gorgeous. 😍 to boot they were genuinely friendly and cared about if I was happy with their work. I am happy and will definitely be back.

Story time… my friends and I decided last night at 11pm to drive to Memphis from Kansas City Missouri. I had no time to prepare and get my nails done. I found this place it was close to my air bnb and honestly they are great. Very friendly and consistent. I’ve been watching the people sitting next to me and how the nail tech does their pedicures and it seems like they have a consistent way of doing them between each nail tech. I know sometimes I’ll go places and I’ll want a specific person because they do it better but everyone really was consistent. The guy who did my pedi was perfect he paid attention to every detail and kept working if it wasn’t up to his standard and many places do not do that.
