John is a very skilled masseuse! He is very professional and always made me feel comfortable. He is the only one who has ever worked out my knots. I have had quite a few massages in my life but Jon is by far the best I have ever had. To me It is like finding a great hairstylist, you would follow them anywhere for their service and skills, this is how I feel about John, I would follow him anywhere! If I could I would give 6 Stars! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. John and René are so nice and make you feel welcome. I travel a lot for work and was only in town for a week and I got really lucky that I landed here for a massage! I did a 90 minute massage and John takes time to communicate and talk to you about what you need. If I lived here this would absolutely be my massage spa of choice. Thank you John! Thanks René!!

We came here on our trip for a couple's massage and absolutely loved it! Everything from the vibe of the place to the massage itself was amazing and we were so happy to choose this place. It was my boyfriend's first massage ever and he was quite nervous about what to expect but John was wonderful with him and we're definitely going to go again next time we're there. Really recommend both for solo and couple massages, it was the highlight of our Albany trip

I’ve been going to Spa Halcyon since it’s opening consistently every few months sometimes more often! It is an incredibly inviting space, clean, professional and well organized. The front end staff are always welcoming and easy to talk to and book with. You can book online, over the phone or in person with reminder updates via email or text. They make the process VERY easy and have a very reasonable cancellation/ rescheduling policy! Prices are also very reasonable. John, the masseuse, KNOWS HIS SHIT! I’ve gotten messages all over the world and I can say you’re not gonna get a better deep tissue, signature or soft tissue message anywhere else! He’s very knowledgeable about his craft and is professional and appropriate in all the ways! They offer many other services such as facials , waxing

I went to John to get treatment on my neck/back for a narrowing in my spine that throws my neck into all sorts of Pain. Not only did John know how to take care of my issue, but he was also able to give me suggestions into a chiropractor and acupuncturist to see if those services may also help. He had excellent strength and I left feeling much better than when I came in! Would reccomend, and will be going back.
