My first birthday without my mom started out heavy and difficult. From the time that I called to schedule my spa appointment, up to the time I walked out of the spa for my appointment….Tara made me feel like that place was created just for me! Totally organic and unforgettable experience! When you walk in, your body immediately enters into this calming and relaxed state. This lady and her husband were born to promote self care and total body wellness. Tara knew exactly what areas needed the most attention to release all the tension and stress that I was feeling. The only thing that is missing is Uber services…you will DEFINITELY need a ride when you leave because you can barely stand due to the overwhelming state of relaxation your body goes into! I am now committed to bi-monthly visits! N

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place but more importantly the people. Tara is the BEST at what she does—I had such chronic back pain after giving birth and after 1 session I felt relief. But not only that but she and everyone there are a true dream. So personable, caring, and genuine. She makes you feel at home and part of the family. I came in during Valentines week and she had the sweetest box of treats as a gift after also. Just truly thoughtful, hardworking and excellent people oh and you’ll get you a dang good massage too haha. Cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!

Tara is the best massage therapist ever! She takes her time to ensure you feel completely comfortable and cared for from start to finish. The intake felt more like a genuine conversation, and even though it had been over a year since my last massage, she remembered my previous concerns and pressure points. That level of attentiveness is rare. Her hands are absolutely amazing, and the massage I chose included stretches and a relaxing hot towel treatment that took the experience to another level. To top it off, Tara and her husband surprised me with balloons and fruit for my birthday—it was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. I was in town for a wedding and decided to try to get a last minute massage. I am incredibly grateful I found Spa Elise Wholeness Center - it was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It was not only physically relaxing and therapeutic, but it was also emotionally and spiritually renewing. It was a rejuvenating experience, something I didn’t even know how deeply I needed it.
