I am thrilled to have found Spa Concepts. After moving from Arkansas, I thought Bossier/Shreveport would be a hotbed of Aveda salons….. I was wrong. I called spa Concepts last week and got an appointment for today. Really shocking to get in so fast. My stylist was D’Anna Allen. Her knowledge and professionalism is exceptional. I just love Christina at the Bosser location 🩷 What an absolutely amazing and fun experience I had. Not only does my hair look absolutely beautiful, but also I very much enjoyed conversation with Christina. She made me feel so welcome. She is a such a joy to be around. This was my 2nd massage with Summer & I will absolutely be back. She’s so attentive and kind and lays close attention to what my body needs. I thought I would struggle to relax but she put me at ease and helped me to melt some stress away. So thankful for her skill set and the service provided today! Steven at the front desk was awesome too!

Lexie was incredible! So very sweet and patient with me. She did an amazing job with my makeup- she listened to my feedback and welcomed it throughout our session. She was thoughtful and wanted me to look confident, and it was truly an enjoyable experience!
