Spa Caladae

I have been going to Spa Caladae for years for facials, massages for my husband, and most consistently for my brows. I have always had a positive experience; however, unfortunately, people remember how you treat them and my most recent experience today will be what sticks with me. I have never missed an appointment, been late for an appt, and have always tipped extremely well. Last night my near 2 year old got extremely sick overnight. My appointment today was for the same time as they opened. Sadly, I needed to call as they opened to reschedule my appointment where I was told that I would be charged for both appointments if I reschedule. I calmly said that was fine if they felt they must but I would never return as a client given so. The receptionist said okay and it was the busies

I’ve been going to Maddie for years now! And in April of 2023, I decided to try out the acne bootcamp through her using face reality and my results are incredible and speak for themselves. Never been happier. I still use the face reality products daily and I now choose to go every other month or so for a facial and just to see Maddie! 10/10 recommend!

I never had a deep tissue massage before but I did this past weekend by Cyndi and she was wonderful, super funny and made me very comfortable and relaxed. I 10/10 recommend her and her services !!

I had a facial with Emma and it was so relaxing and even included a leg massage! All of the products smelled so great and my skin was glowing when she was done.
