Spa by Nancy

I have never been so disappointed in a service. I had come in with my mother for two gel pedicures. I had expressed not wanting my toes cut down too short. The nail tech had completely ignored this. When it came time to paint my nails she had painted 4 coats of plain white polish causing my nails to be clumpy. I had asked her to remove the polish due to it looking awful. In the process of her removing the polish she had cut my skin twice and proceeded to laugh when I had told her she cut me. I had been in the salon for over an hour and a half and left with toe nails bare. I paid for the services received but will not be coming back. By far the worst pedicure experience.

Spa by Nancy is amazing. They took us last minute for 2 acrylic mania and 2 deluxe pedis! They were so kind and were willing to do the nails I wanted! The shape is EXACTLY what I wanted and the color is just like the picture I showed (the picture I showed is the one with the rings on and the other picture is what they did). Always choose Spa by Nancy!

I have been going here for a very long time and and almost never disappointed! They always do an amazing job with my nails, great attention to detail. I will be coming back! ( excuse the bad photo)

I’ve found my new favorite nail spa! I had the pleasure of having Joe do my nails, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She is incredibly detail-oriented and takes her time to ensure everything is perfect. Even though I didn’t know the exact names of the products, Joe was so patient and sweet as I tried to explain the look I was going for. I love hard gel with a thinner, natural finish, and she nailed it—literally! Her talent and kindness made the whole experience wonderful. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
