Spa Beautify Nail Salon

I am writing this review to share a very serious concern about my recent visit to Spa Beautify. While getting my nails done, I personally observed the nail technicians and the owners handling tools in a way that I found extremely alarming. After finishing with one client, the tools were not placed in a proper, professional-grade sterilization unit. In fact, there was no standard medical-grade sterilizer visible in the salon. Instead, the tools were simply scrubbed with hand soap and a brush at the sink, then rinsed with water in the back so customers would not see it. What was even more concerning is that there is a small sterilizer unit(1st picture) behind the manicure tables that opens like a microwave. After washing the tools with soap and water, they place the tools inside this unit.

My technician arrived a little late for my 8am appointment. No big deal. A few minutes later, a woman comes in without an appointment demanding to be serviced. The tech must have told her 10 times that she could not be seen. I stayed out of it until this person became verbally abusive. All over a manicure. I have always received good, professional service. My nails are so much healthier since I have been coming here. Be nice, people.

I’ve never loved my nails more. I’ve never had a team so willing to explain to me different options and work with me to find something I love. I’m OBSESSED with the outcome. I’ll update with longevity, but so far I couldn’t ask for more! Update a year later (brown polish): I just went back for the first time (hadn’t had my nails done in forever) and they took just as much care of me if not better - they were accommodating when I switched what service I needed the day of and did such an amazing, thorough job. I love it here!

This place is phenomenal. I walked in with an acrylic set that was incredibly thick and too long. I asked if they could shorten it and make it thinner since it was hurting my fingers. They immediately took me in and did a phenomenal job. My nails look gorgeous and they no longer hurt. Highly recommend this salon. Very clean, professional and prompt service. I will definitely be going back here.

The most consistent nail salon I’ve been to The atmosphere is peaceful and clean! No drama, amazing techniques and all the latest polish & colors. 10/10
