I walked in after seeing the “walk-ins welcome” sign and waited my turn as usual. During the service, I felt the staff was heavy-handed when filing my nails and pushing back my cuticles. When I asked them to fix a hair stuck on my nail and adjust the shape, the filing was so rough that I had to tell them it was painful. I chose a creamy white color, which I felt was difficult to apply smoothly. Later, I noticed my finger was bleeding, and the polish came off on one nail that same night. I called the salon and returned for a fix, which they kindly offered. However, within an hour, the polish on other nails came off as well. I didn’t want to keep going back as it felt like a waste of time. Overall, the nail shop was clean, but I was disappointed with the nail service. They did offer a hand

The manicure was done with great professionalism and precision — the nail shape is perfect, the polish is smooth and glossy, and the final result looks elegant and natural. My hands feel soft and well-groomed after the service. The salon is clean, calm, and relaxing, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommend Bema as a skilled and attentive nail technician. I've been going to Nail Salon Name for a while now, and I always love my experience. The staff is super friendly, and they really know what they’re doing. My nails always turn out great! The place is clean, and it just has a nice vibe. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a reliable spot!

Waited a few months to post: Very poor customer service. Came in during winter time, was not greeted. Wasn't told to have a seat, or where. Kept my coat on as no one offered to take it or showed me where to put it. Started my pedicure services with my large coat near the bottom of the pedicure chair. Immediately felt something wrong with my service as I felt a burning sensation. Had my cuticles cut and bled TWICE, and asked to end the pedicure services and only continue the manicure services. Felt another burning sensation, and later realized that the tips of my fingers had been grated against the nail files during the "cut & file" portion. Nail in the coffin was being asked to pay while my nails were STILL in the dryer. There was no care or etiquette shown in these services. Will not and
