I just had the most incredible massage experience at a the Spa at ‘Tween Waters on Captiva Island, and I can't stop thinking about it! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of peace and relaxation wash over me- thanks to Georgie’s lovely personality and design aesthetic. The setting was serene, with the soft sounds of nature outside and a calming atmosphere inside. But what truly made the experience exceptional was my masseuse— Zaiden- who also happens to be a yoga teacher and is very intuitive. Before starting the massage, she asked a series of thoughtful, insightful questions about my body and any areas where I might be holding tension. The Spa at Tween Waters did hair and makeup for our wedding and were excellent! From Georgie and Anne in the office helping to schedule all of our bridal party services, to the amazing ladies who did our hair and makeup, we loved them all! They were very professional, helpful, and most of all excellent! Each of my bridal party felt special and beautiful. Thank you for everything! We highly recommend them!

Massage was extremely underwhelming. They had moved reservations for pedicures. After the massage we decided to cancel the pedicures but were forced to continue even though we were not satisfied with the service. Very disappointing.
