Spa at the Waterway

I went with a bridal party abs they offered bottomless mimosas and a lovely semi-private lounge for us to relax while we waited for our service. I was having a great experience up until my manicure. I didn’t catch the name of the man who did my nails, but he was more interested in telling dirty dad jokes than doing my nails. My nails looked like I did them, and that’s definitely not what I pay $60 for. The color doesn’t go all the way to the tip in multiple nails and the color is not even. As far as the manicure goes, he trimmed my cuticles and painted my nails. I did not receive the sugar exfoliant, massage or hot towel that says comes with the signature manicure. Disappointing :( pics are next day

Tran gave me such a great pedicure experience! He was fun, personable, and made the whole appointment really enjoyable. On top of that, he did an excellent job—my nails look perfect. I highly recommend booking with Tran if you want someone skilled and great to chat with!

If you’re planning on booking a manicure or pedicure DO NOT!! Not only did we pay an outrageous amount but our nails were horrible!! Paint all over our skin and cuticles. And they didn’t even cut our cuticles… it did not feel luxury at all. My shellac is also starting to peel up and it’s only been 4 days. I’ll never go back, so disappointed

I had the most AMAZING experience last week with Ana. I was visiting from NJ and really needed to unwind and relax and Ana exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment she called me from the relaxation room, I could tell she had wonderful energy and was very kind. Once we got into the treatment room, she explained the body treatment that I was getting so I knew what to expect. I signed up for the Soul to Soles treatment and it was heavenly. Ana took her time with each step and had perfect pressure and technique. I followed up this treatment with a 50 minute massage and, again, Ana more than exceeded what I needed! Perfect pressure and technique again! I think I even fell asleep a few times during both. I've been a massage therapist for 20 years and have had many massages and body treat

We had a large group of 12 for a Bachelorette trip! The bride is an aesthetician and all she asked for during her trip was a spa day!! Linda was wonderfully easy to work with and made our spa day amazing!! The lounge was wonderful to relax in and sip wine/mimosas while we waited our turns for services! The robes were cozy, and the staff was very accommodating! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Woodlands area for a Bachelorette trip!
