Spa at the Heritage Hotel

We recently photographed a wedding at the Heritage Hotel and not only is it a beautiful location, but the food is great and the team is excellent. Highly recommend! Great venue for an outdoor ceremony with multiple location options and pretty ballroom that can be decorated in different ways (we love the twinkle lights)!

*HonestReview*The hotel is run down and the front desk woman with glasses is very passive aggressive and unpleasant, I’ve tried this place for a luxury spa mani/pedi and every single time(3 separate occasions) I felt unwelcome and a coldness, from the woman at the front desk with glasses and the main nail tech, I really gave it a chance and wanted to love this place However, based on my collective experiences here, I do not recommend. I use a handle for anonymity**

LOVE coming to this little gem in Southbury. I’ve come to Kayla 2 separate times for a Brazilian blowout and left feeling GLAMOROUS. This place is awesome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely helpful front desk that assisted in choosing which facial would be best. The Spa itself is clean & relaxing. Lisa did my facial & I was pleasantly surprised at how excellent she was.

I highly recommend Lisa who gave me an Anti-Oxidant Glow Facial with Peel earlier today. She has an amazing gentle touch. She is an excellent communicator with each step of the facial. My skin feels hydrated. I will definitely go back.
