I had the signature massage with Judy today. All I can say is AMAZING!! She did everything perfect!! The staff was friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

The customer service and management is horrible. One of their former employees allowed someone to use my $340 gift card without the gift card present to turn in. All they did was apologize, saying that's a lot of money and claimed the owner would call us. It's been 2 weeks and we called them several times and showed up with no resolution. Save your money and time by going somewhere reputable. Next step is a lawsuit since they think it's a game Response to your reply: My boyfriend requested a new gift card under your new ownership, which your staff told him wasn't necessary back in 2021. Also that the card was solely under his name and no one else. I am so disappointed in the spa. I had gone numerous times when it was located on OBT and was very happy. So when I was looking to get a massage I immediately thought of this place and give the new owners a try. I called, made an appt, filled out the online intake form and arrived. The door was locked. I called and left a message saying I was here and will wait a little longer and still no one showed. Left one last message. It's been 2 days and I still haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional.

Ladies are amazing. Once you get settled in, it becomes more than a spa. It is quiet and the work will speak for itself. It feels like, their goal is to genuinely make you feel better rather than just getting you as a booked appointment. I'm very excited to go back, there is no one person better than the other there :) enjoy your spa day
