I want to share that my experience with the spa supervisor, Katy Hughes, was not at all what one would expect from a property of this caliber. I booked a day visit through ResortPass and, upon asking about spa services, was told, quite rudely, that guests paying $3,000 a night take priority. I understand policies and limitations, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate them. The way this was presented felt dismissive and unnecessary. Initially, I gave her poor communication and lack of customer service the benefit of the doubt as a one-off. For context, I have many years of experience in healthcare and customer service, including managing difficult situations and people, so I am very aware of what professional communication looks like. Sue was awesome! If you managed to get Sue as your massage therapist, the massage gods have answered your prayers bc she is one of the best. I've probably gotten hundreds of massages in my lifetime, and I would say Sue is top 5. Katy at the Front Desk was also helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us great recommendations on what to check out at the resort and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable! I can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfection. Our room was super comfortable and very large. Beds and linens were very comfortable. While we were there we did a spa visit for massage (Terry), private falconry experience and a private sound bath experience. Every single thing was wonderful! Antonio and his birds a very, very special. The sound bath session was hands down the most amazing sound bath I've ever done. It was magic. Kaitlyn driving us over and helping with the booking was an added joy. We were experiencing storm conditions on the sound bath day and the ride over was just wonderful.

Very bummed about this bad communication, this weekend is a special weekend for my fiancé and I which is part of why I wanted to book a massage for him on the emails it doesn’t say anything about the spa only allowing guests who are staying at the resort book for the spa, when I called to make payment and finalize everything the lady on the phone mentioned I’m not aloud to book anything at the spa unless I am staying at the resort? The person I was in contact with on the email didn’t mention anything about that so I was not able to keep my original plans. I feel they should have honored us being able to book a massage since it was their bad communication..
