Spa #1 Nails

I just wanted to leave a review because the staff handled a really uncomfortable situation with so much professionalism and grace. A woman came in and was opening mocking their accents with was completely inappropriate and racist. The staff remained calm, respectful and continued working on their clients without escalating things. Speaks volumes to their character. I really hope this lady was trespassed from the property.

I love this nails salon ! Very clean and neat . I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go . All I do is show them what I want and they make it happen . Need your nails to look amazing like mine spa #1 nails will get you right every time ! ❤️

Winn is a mean person. The guy who sits in the front always have an attitude. The man who speaks clear English ALWAYS jumping in women faces as you can see these nails would have been two weeks on Friday the third day two nails broke five days after that four nails broke every day one broke as you can see she Nick me with the drill and made a blood clot on my finger also the nail split on my finger now and made blood strips. I paid $100 for these and then the way they talk to people. When they Ger mad to sneaky and I’ll never come back to this horrible nasty germs place they never clean

Went today for the first time 😑. . . I showed a picture of what I wanted & the nail tech told me to go to whoever done it like the picture smh. & she was so serious, like really . . . Very unprofessional. During the design process I had to go with what they could do. The nail tech was impatient until I came up with a solution that was simple for them to create. Afterwards everything ended pretty decent, nails turned out pretty good. I only give three stars because of the redo of my design, very appreciated!

I’ve been going here for 8yrs and will no longer walk into this nail salon. ZERO STARS!! The only service I receive is eye waxing by the same tech that I’ve used for years! I always show her a picture of exactly how I want my eyebrows, and today she wanted to reiterate that’s she’s being doing eye brows for 10 yrs. I don’t understand why she was offended today….. During my service I had my eyes closed for a moment, once I opened my eyes I caught another tech taking a picture of my eyebrows while she was cleaning them up!! WHY WOULD YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR CUSTOMER WITHOUT THERE CONSENT??!! They are very rude, and unprofessional. I don’t understand, how you’re upset by a patron showing you exactly what they want when I’ve been spending my hard earn money at their establishment for years
