Lauren gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down! From the moment we started, she was incredibly attentive and really tuned in to where I was holding tension. She took the time to work through the tight spots with just the right amount of pressure, and I could feel the difference immediately. She also provides an amazing TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) service, spent a good time working on my masseter muscle combined with extra-oral and intra-oral techniques, which provided great relief. Lauren is an excellent massage therapist. She is very pleasant, positive energy and vibe. She offers you drinks (water, coconut water, tea etc) The spa area is very clean, no shoes allowed, and bathroom spotless which is a positive in my book. She speaks to you prior to session, she keeps a chart on you, she follows up afterwards. I felt like she was my new best friend. Atmosphere was so relaxing, you lay on the red light table, hot stones etc. I had the lymphatic massage. Lauren makes you feel so comfortable and constantly checks on your comfort level throughout session, she is very personable. Great experience and local. Lauren was so professional and knowledgeable. As she loosened up my muscles she constantly checked on me and explained what she was doing. I was impressed with her abilities and expertise in her field. She truly is an artist at her craft. Best massage in years! If I could rate her a 10 star I would.
