Soween Hair Salon

I am so so happy with my experience at this salon! I am a recovering DIY girlie so it can be hard for me to trust someone to do as good a job as I do on my hair and Soween and her team did an amazing job on my knotless two strand twists with my natural hair (no hair added). They even accommodated me when I wanted to get one thing tweaked and were happy to assist and make me feel welcome. I am so excited I found Soween so I can let someone else take care of this hair of mine while I tackle all the other many responsibilities in my life. I’ve already recommended Soween to my local natural girlies looking for a salon that is clean, inviting, and reasonably priced. I already told Soween she is exclusively doing my twists from now on! I don’t wanna flick my wrist ever again! 🤣Thank you!

I went here for the first time and got long medium knotless and love them! Soween braided my hair so fast and was so kind. We even took a 5 minute stretch break which I appreciated. I'm also tender headed and it did not hurt at all, very gently. She's also very very kind and the studio is so nice! Definitely will be coming back!

Awesome stylists. They do a great job. My hair feels and looks absolutely fabulous which in turn makes me feel great. They are on point when it comes to delivering the style you requested. I have been going to them for quite some time and have never left not satisfied with the job they performed. I highly recommend them

Soween’s service was one of the best I’ve had in New York. Although we had to push our start time by an hour, my hair was meticulously parted, tucked and braided nearly despite the short length of natural hair. The braided are polite, the salon is clean and air conditioned, and I think the service is incredibly well priced especially for New York, and the quality of my hair. Very crucial to note that service is cash only!

Just got my braids done and I LOVE THEM! Soween and her staff are very nice and very welcoming. The salon is so clean. and that means so much to me! It is clean and they are constantly cleaning areas after each customer. I will be going back!
