I had an amazing experience with Mai at Southtown Nails! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Mai took her time to make sure every detail was perfect, and her precision and skill really show in the final result. My nails have never looked this clean and well manicured. She also made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable with her friendly personality and gentle touch. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The salon itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I will not be going back here!! I have came in regularly. I’ve gave this place the benefit of the doubt time and time again!! My nails are absolutely horrendous. She didn’t do anything I asked! She cut them way too short. She cut them back into a shape I didn’t want! I tried saying something and she goes I fix calm down they all will match at the end! I’m so sad because I paid 76 dollars for something that I’m going to go get fixed somewhere else. She ruined my fingers. Even cut me and I stated that hurt and she kept going. So rushed and I understand being short staffed but come on no need to rush and act the way she did and not even do what I asked for! I didn’t even end up getting a design!!!

I had the best experience getting my nails done by Michelle! She was so sweet, professional, the shop was really clean reasonable price and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail is amazing — she shaped my nails beautifully and made sure I loved the final look before I left.
