Southpointe Nails at Mount Lebanon

I was just at Southpointe yesterday to have my nails done, and this morning, I just looked at my nails and said I just love them! ♥️ The nail stylist at Southpointe salon take the time and do a beautiful job. Hailie is such an amazing stylist and a very nice person. She does exquisite work as well as free hand nail painting. I really enjoy going to South Pointe Nails Salon. Sofie at southpointe does a fantastic job in shaping and taking care of your nails. I really enjoy going to this nail salon. She is an amazing stylist!🌸

Love it here! Everyone is very welcoming, the vibe is comfortable, and the techs are talented! Tim has met expectation every time!

This was the last time I will go here. I used to get a decent dip manicure at this salon. The past several times I’ve gone, the experience has been less than satisfactory. I called today and asked for the next available time slot as I was completely flexible all day. I got their 5 mins before the time I was told to come in and waited 20 mins past my appt time. The technicians are rude and not very skillful at shaping nails - at least not with the dip product.

*EDITED* Down below is my original review. After speaking to the owner and getting the set re done I thought it best to adjust what I’ve said. She offered to fix up my nails and they are beautiful. She explained that they have a warranty and responsibility to amend any wrongs. I appreciate the rectification and service provided. Thank you Kim & Southpointe! I have been going to this place for almost two years now. Today was the first time I had Billy as my nail tech. He rushed the service, was rude and claimed there was issues with my ring finger nail although every other time, the other nail techs had no issues. Seemed upset that I was getting an acrylic full set over gel x. My nails are completely uneven and he managed to cut my finger as well.

I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area! I’ve been a client for about a year and absolutely love it. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of Billy’s work. He always helps me choose dip nail colors that perfectly complement my skin tone and is meticulous about the shape of my nails. Additionally, I’ve had almost every nail technician in the salon give me a pedicure, and they are hands down the best in the area.
