They tend to cancel on their clients last minute this has happened to me three times in just two months. Each time, I was already on my way when they cancelled 30–45 minutes before my appointment, which was extremely inconvenient especially coming from Parowan. What’s frustrating is that if I were the one to cancel, I’d be charged a fee… yet they cancel repeatedly with no accountability. They didn’t offer anything to make up for the inconvenience, just told me to rebook and when I did, they cancelled again. I’ve only ever been seen once, and the massage was just okay. Unfortunately, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Just got out of a 90 minute massage with Whitney Black. She brought my joint pain down from a 7 to a 3. Not only was this massage physically relaxing, but emotionally releasing. Whitney communicated effectively before, during, and after my massage to give me a perfectly tailored experience as well as a prescription of muscle groups to focus on stretching and strengthening on my own time. Seeing Whitney is now #1 on my to do list when visiting Cedar City, especially for the price she charges. Beautiful, relaxing, and clean facility as well.

The massage therapist Maranda is absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend. The reason I'm giving 4 stars, though, is because the rooms are not well insulated and the other people who work there are not courteous to that fact even when she has a sign out stating she's in a session. They will yell to each other down the hallway or talk right next to her door. I've even experienced them chitchatting in the breakroom with no consideration of a session in progress. If I was going for a relaxing massage rather than pain management, I would be pretty disappointed with my wellness experience.

Maranda is hands down the best Massage Therapist I have ever had, and I have tried many. I frequently get out of whack because of the unruly and strong dogs I work with in my dog training business, and my work would be impossible without Maranda!! I always feel like I can communicate with her about what my needs are, and she has never not been able to put me right again.

I booked an appointment with Whitney black and was far beyond satisfied with the outcome . She makes one feel comfortable and communicates throughout the massage . She targeted spots I didn't know needed attention that ultimately helped ease the pain in the areas I hurt in . Would definitely recommend Whitney black
