Southern Sugar Saloon

We wanted some of the milkshakes but in an ice cream form and they offered it to us as a “deconstructed” shake! It was creamy and delicious! Large servings and sweet employee! The atmosphere was creative as were the names of the treats 🤠 The only negative thing I have is that they had some kind of plug-in air freshener that was so strong and it gave me a headache because of the toxins in it. We ended up waiting in the car for our ice cream because of that. We will definitely be back to try more flavors! 😋

Southern Sugar Saloon is a super cute ice cream shop with a fun candy bar—my kids loved picking out their own little bags of candy, and we each got a milkshake and a soda. The milkshakes were unique and delicious, definitely a treat! That said, I was shocked to spend over $80 for what was supposed to be a quick ice cream stop. While the experience was fun, the price point was a bit much for us, so I’m not sure we’ll be back unless it’s for a special occasion.

This place is amazing! My kiddo loved it! Do yourself a favor and ask for 2 kid size scoops and try 2 flavors; it equals 1 adult size scoop. This momma enjoyed her banana pudding and cotton candy icecream! Columbia is lucky to have such a wonderful, family friendly place! Go inside and check out the candy bins, too! We look forward to our next visit!

Today was my first time visiting and it is the sweetest little place! I love the decor and vibe! I took my 1 and 3 year old in there with me and of course they both were eager for candy and all over the place and you could probably tell I had my hands full but the sweet lady at the counter was the sweetest and she said I am doing great with my kids. My son loved his candy he got and my daughter loved the cotton Candy ice cream and I got the Wyatt Earp milkshake it was all spectacular!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
