Southern Style Salon

Just came from there. Jensen colored my hair and then trimmed. When I asked what I owed, I nearly $hit in my britches when she said $80! For my short, thin, old lady hair? I’ve NEVER paid that much before for color and I will NEVER do so again. Her sign says $50 for color, so I guess she charged me $30 for the trim!!!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I love the atmosphere in the salon and I have been going to Kayla Roark for years! She is absolutely hands down the best cosmetologist I have been too. They are very reasonable and some of the most nice down to earth people you will ever meet. Just a good place to get a fresh new look and after you leave there you feel fabulous and confident! ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

Decent place for adult haircut, not so great for child haircut. I wish the lady that cut my child’s hair was sweeter with him or talked in a nicer tone. He’s on the spectrum and dislikes the hair on his neck he will go into sensory overload about it but will be much more cooperative with a soothing tone and if you give him time to take his deep breathes. The lady seemed as if she wanted to hurry and get it done and said she couldn’t continue if he was going to keep moving. I went here because the child cut was $10 and I am on a budget this summer and couldn’t afford his normal cut in paris, tx family cuts. (The ladies there are wonderful, gentle and kind and handle my child very well and even give a sucker at the end of the cut.) My child asked for a sucker after his cut but they do not of

Well I'm a man that went to this salon because I don't preferably trust men with long hair. Idk. But very nice and I liked what she did to my hair. Thanks

I stopped in to ask about a new look and was greeted well and had my questions answered and I will be making appointment for my new cut and color next week
