i asked for a shaggy cut and they gave me money pieces and charged me 70 dollars when we agreed on 25 never again

Have been to this establishment twice now. Both times I have been turned away! The first time I was told they would be closing soon (30 min from closing time posted at entrance)! I thought I would give them the benefit of doudt and try again. It's been about a month since first attempt! Today (2nd time), this is what I was told. " I'm the only one here today, so if you could come back tomorrow that would be great"! That's a hard NO!!! I won't be going back tomorrow, or any other day for that matter! For those who read this, just pretend there is no star. It wouldn't let me post without a star.

I’ve been before and had Laura who is sweet and good. I do not know the girl from today but I’ll never go back because of her. I almost walked out because of her actions. It’s the lady who sits by the register. My hair looks fine but she was so loud about some issues I’m having with dry scalp. I did tell her how I felt about how loud she was about my business and I was so close to walking out. I even tipped her in the end not because I like her she did a service. But never again!

These people didn’t even listen to anything I said and made the back of my head uneven and shaved half of the top of my head when I only wanted the sides shaved and gave me multiple bald spots and when I said that was enough cutting she continued to chop away so now my beautiful luscious curls are GONE!!

The young lady did amazing with my hair. My hair was down to my waist and thought new year new me and she cut all my hair off to my shoulder and did it precisely and listened to my concerns. I recommend to come see them and get you a fresh new look!
