I booked an EMS session and was beyond impressed. Amanda is incredibly skilled and truly knows her work. She even threw in a free skin tightening sessions since i was a bit skeptical. I really wanted to like this business and the owner, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I initially booked through Groupon and then prepaid for multiple sessions. The owner has a very strict 5-minute grace policy, which I noted, but she seemed professional and knowledgeable at first. At my second session, I texted before the appointment time to say I was about 10 minutes behind and around the corner. My appointment was immediately canceled, though I was later told to still come.
