This salon owner, Brittney Green, failed to uphold professional boundaries. She engaged in behavior that went beyond a professional client relationship, which caused significant personal distress. I would urge management to address ethics and boundaries with their staff, especially in a small town such as this.

For prom I had Britney as my stylist and she was very pushy and ignored what my idea was entirely. She said she wasn’t able to do what I originally had in mind but she didn’t even semi stick to my most important detail of what I wanted. She also tried passing me off to another stylist even thought I was the only one there and then in return that stylist passed me back. She just wanted to do something quick and simple that would make me leave quickly. I was then charged almost $50 for something I could have done at home. They are rude and pushy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Britney fixed a botched job I had about one year ago. Since then she has been my preferred hairstylist. I get excited when it’s time for an appointment with her bc she genuinely cares about her clients and wants us looking our best. I always leave there looking like a snack! Also she has the CUTEST boutique with unique clothes you will not see anywhere else. I highly recommend southern roots!!! 🫶

Absolutely love the atmosphere. The owner is so very sweet. Her color skills is top notch and haircutting style is OnPoint would recommend to anyone and everyone. Plus there is a huge variety of clothing and styles in ALL Sizes!!

Not sure why it has me as my husband’s profile but just came here to say I’m blown away by the customer service and selection in the boutique. Im plus sized and they have very little plus sized labeled things so I didn’t expect to find anything but all their stuff runs big so I was easily accommodated for and left there with so many wonderful things. The ladies were so happy to help and even took the time to help me narrow down my selections since I had way too much stuff picked out. Can’t wait to go back and get more stuff!!!!!
