Southern Roots Salon and Spa

This place is literally the worst salon I’ve ever walked in too. I made an appointment and when I walked in nobody greeted me. I’m waiting for 30 minutes before I was taken to the chair. (She was not busy or with another customer). They are all talking about every single person that walks out. Who ever is in charge should be ashamed of the way that place is. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Allows personal imaginative Facebook posts to negatively impact the other beauticians working at this salon. I truly feel sorry for anyone who goes here as they speak horridly of everyone EVEN their loyal employees and business partners.

I'm not sure how to upload Photos on the new Google review services but, I went to Southern Roots Salon and Spa on June 18th with an appt w/ Paige for 2 pm and she was SUPER fun to be around and an AMAZING stylist! My hair was touching my tailbone and y'all, it's too hot for all of that 😭🤣 Now, my hair is shoulder length with layers and is SO cutie!! Very comfortable experience there. Great vibes PLUS clean salon! I paid 45 bucks for a wash and cut *she even sprayed my hair at the end* and Miss Paige DELIVERED! Well worth the cost!

Southern Roots Salon is top tier. I’ve been going to Katie for a while now and every time I am truly impressed! After I leave the salon I’m convinced it’s the best she’s ever done it and then the next time it’s even better. She always knows exactly what I’m wanting even when I can’t describe it perfectly. She has such a great calm vibe and I’m always so relaxed when she does my hair. Thank you Katie and all the ladies at the salon for the continuous amazing experience! Absolutely fantastic experience at Southern Roots! The staff were incredibly friendly and skilled, and I left feeling like a million bucks. The atmosphere was chic and welcoming, and my stylist really listened to what I wanted. I'm thrilled with my new haircut and color. I will definitely be coming back!
