Southern Roots Hair and Massage Boutique

It was my first time visiting Southern Roots Salon and it was a great experience! Hailey did my hair and she did an amazing job! She did exactly what I was hoping for and more! I couldn’t be more happy with the results! I’m so thankful to find such a great salon close to home!

Julia is amazing and professional! She makes getting your hair done so much fun and I look forward to every appointment I have with her. She always makes my hair dreams come true and is fabulous at her job. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I was very excited to get my hair done here for the first time at 10:00AM with Cali. I got a message from her stating that she was going to be late due to the fact that she needed product and wasn't going to be there until 10:30. So, I said that it was okay because I did not mind waiting; however, I got on Instagram, and at 9:43 I saw she was getting breakfast in Bentonville Arkansas with someone. I was incredibly upset because the first time l ever saw her was at City Pointe where my hair took 5 1/2 hours. I told her I could not stay and I was terribly sorry. She deleted the message saying she’d be late and proceeded to tell me that because I "cancelled" the night before, she needed to charge me 50%. I did not cancel the night before,

Julia truly is the best. I like to change my look up, and she’s always great at helping me achieve my hair goals while keeping my hair healthy in the process. Yvonne recently squeezed my daughter in for a last minute cut, and it turned out so cute. She was great at making my 8 year old feel comfortable while in her chair and confident with her shorter hair do. Tosha recently became my husband, brother-in-laws, and father-in-laws main barber. She’s not only quick, but she does a superb job with the guys. Beard trimming and clean cuts. Highly recommend this shop. We never go anywhere else!
