This review is based on my experience with the Owner Julianne Zeigler. I am new to the state and needed an extension instal as I had already had the hair from a previous salon. I posted on Facebook asking for someone knowledgeable in Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) she told me she was knowledgeable multiple different times. At the first appointment she suggested a method different from IBE but stated that my beads would still be invisible. Regardless of the method used, as shown in the photos, the extensions were not installed correctly. A piece fell out after the first appointment which she did fix at a follow-up visit but she left a visible one-inch gap despite me having additional hair available. Heather Young has been doing my hair for almost 4 years now and I will never go anywere else. I drive almost an hour to see her but once you find an amazing stylist and shop, you will go wherever they are. I'm sure all the stylists are amazing but Heather is the best.

I recently got a haircut and color from Heather and I am thrilled with the results! I have been her client for over a year now. I cannot review The salon, however I can review a stylist who works there. Whatever you do I can't emphasize enough. DON'T SEE HEATHER!!! She messed up my Grandsons hair and my sons hair. She is very RUDE and SARCASTIC and doesn't like to be critiqued. What makes it worse is I had a picture of what mt son wanted, but she wouldn't even take it as a reference. I attended Beautician school but never took my boards and what should of been a style requiring only scissors was not done that way. I say if they suggest HEATHER REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE.

Juliann was my hairdresser for a year or so, and constantly rescheduled my appts which I had no problem with any time. This final time I was booked on Thursday, May 18th. The appt was booked on May 2nd, and the morning of May 18th Juliann texted me to reschedule because her son had pink eye, which I understood. She rescheduled me for the next day, so I rescheduled patients I had to see and took more time off from work only for her to cancel three hours prior to the appt. She asked me if I could be seen the following week which was definitely not possible because I have vacation planned. When I texted her that I had already rearranged my schedule at work twice she never responded back or offered any other type of appt.
