I got Alyssa as my hair stylist and she did perfect layers! Shes so sweet too!

I tried to see if this would be a good place to start taking my son for haircuts but Carly didn’t even let us. We showed up to the appointment and my son was scared and instead of trying to introduce herself and recognize that he’s a child, she immediately told me we’re going to have to reschedule. Ended up rescheduling. When the day came of new appointment, she texted to cancel. Ok fine. So weeks later I texted again to try to reschedule an appointment again and she never answered. The least she could do is tell me to try another stylist. The whole thing feels rude of her and don’t recommend her for you children

I just found out my stylist of several years has moved on to a different career. I called Southern Charm and got an appointment for the next day. I then realized I couldn't make it to my scheduled appointment, but they worked me in later when I could be there. So accommodating! Kayla cut and styled my hair. She did a great job! Thanks Kayla.
