Completely unprofessional. The past two confirmed appointments I’ve shown up for, the salon has been locked and nobody is there to answer the phone. I’ve been here several times over the past few years, and each time prior the stylist has been late, but I always came back because I was content with the service and price. Won’t be happening again.

I called yesterday to see if I would be able to get in before Christmas and Sandra said come on in, we had the best conversation and let me just say she did an absolute amazing job on my cut & color, We travel fulltime in our RV and its always a crap shoot who to go to, well today I hit the jackpot!! Thank you Sandra.. Merry Christmas

Extremely unprofessional service! I booked a hair appointment to get my daughter’s hair washed and styled for cotillion, as we walked in no one was at the front to attend to us. After 10 mins we finally got checked in, then we were faced with 40mins of waiting while “Genesis,” either double booked or took a walk in before our scheduled appt. We decided to leave due to unprofessional service. Will never go back again!

I’ve been coming here for about 1-2 years about every 3 months always a great experience. Although, this time became more work for me than anything. I have really long thick hair that I maintain and trim about every 3-4 months. I asked for long layers and just 1-2 inches off the length with curtain bangs (shortest layer being about shoulder length). The stylist then used really big scissors that had pretty much like a comb attached. Now I know they were thinning scissors. I never asked for the stylist to thin out my hair. Super sad about it, now looking for shampoo that will help get my thickness back until it grows out. Now I will make sure to tell all stylists I do not want my hair thinned out. :( This does not take away from the shop, spoke with the owner, she was really nice. Just a ba

Went in for grey blending. Larissa did an amazing job! She went out of her way to ensure I understood everything she was doing. I loved the final product! She nailed it! I definitely recommend going and getting your hair done by Larissa! I also would like to add the ladies in the front were very sweet and welcoming. Great place!
