Jenny Gibbons is such an asset to SEA and the industry. I have known her for years and she has always provided me with top-notch service during and after the sale of many Garmin and BendixKing units. I don't mind paying a premium for such top service and products that are not found anywhere else in the U.S.!

I can't say enough great things about these guys. They just do things right! I had an issue with my Garmin GPS and they told me to stop by just for a quick bench test (nothing crazy in depth)... and that led to me finding the issue and they helped put me on the right track to have it fixed. Good to go now. Thanks Ken and Mike and the rest of the Staff there. Great folks!! Just a follow-up... had another/different GPS unit I took in to get a software update. After it was done, I tested it in the plane and the communications with my other avionics ceased to exist. Stopped back in the following day, they said "can you taxi the plane over and we'll get you back up and going again". I did, and they had a tech out there waiting as I taxi'd up. Yes send your unit and there will be a $4,000 to $5,000 to repair. The exchange will be $2,650.You can find repaired or serviceable units anywhere for $1,100 to $1,800.I wonder what they do with the units that you send after they keep it or you have to pay evaluation fee and freight back and fore.

Absolutely love the company, all of their employees have the knowledge and understanding of a lot of the common Avionics components, they are very competitive with pricing and have a large amount of parts in their Overhaul/Exchange pool.
