I have been looking for a reasonably priced but competent place to get massages for ages ...I've always passed by the s.philly day spa but thought they only did manis & pedis...I went to another place but they couldn't accommodate me so I decided to give s.philly day spa a try...and I'm so glad that I did! I got a hot stone massage that was wonderful -Linda was very sweet ...I will be going back for sure!

Nancy was amazing. I wanted a pedicure with a good foot massage and she delivered. I did not feel rushed to decide on a color. She also mentioned she loves to do massages and was able to fit me in to do a 30min back massage. I had never had a hot stone back massage and it was amazing! She did not skimp on lotion which was non scented and hypoallergenic. She had the lights off and had soothing music playing. I wish I lived in Philly to continue to come back to her!

Customer service good but way too over priced for the quality of nails they do. I spent less and gotten better shape and more things done. I got a refill pedicure on my toes and a full set on my nails. My total was $121. Definitely won’t be going back and I don’t recommend anyone going there unless you get regular gel polish. I didn’t get exactly what I asked for ( which i’ll also add ) but i got close enough to it. My nail tech does better shape than this unfortunately she was busy and I needed them done .

I walked in and asked for a manicure. They told me to sit down and wait for the next available appointment. A woman walked in behind me as for manicure and pedicure. They said the weight would be 10 minutes. About 1520 minutes past we’re still sitting there. I decided to get up and leave and the second I left they started taking care of the woman who is behind me. It was almost as if they wanted me to leave. They didn’t tell me oh we’re almost ready. I tend to tip generally, so I don’t know why I was being treated in such a discriminatory manner.

I have been a customer coming to this salon for over a year and I’d like to address the negative comment left by Trisha Lee as my nail tech is who she was referring to. First off my nail tech is taking a month long vacation as she works extremely hard and is accommodating to all customers just as the rest of the nail techs. I happen to be in the shop and when Trisha called as she wanted to speak with my tech. After demanding that she would want her nails done-full set and a design once my nail tech returns for free or reduced pricing based on the fact she is taking her vacation. Please tell me who wants to demand a free service all because someone is going on vacation is ABSURD! Period! Not to mention Trisha mentioned no one speaks English and she wasn’t accommodated is a LIE! Everyone in
