I'm a small advertiser who needed some special TLC, and Michelle was very understanding about what I might need. She not only advised me about their rates, but was very helpful in proposing unique ideas and ways to express my product's attributes. She followed up and had a genuine concern for making sure my limited advertising dollars got the biggest bang for the buck.
