Kristen Wilson did a wonderful job during my massage. She made it a very comfortable and relaxing experience. She definitely helped relieve some chronic back pain I had been experiencing. She is familiar with Psoas work, which was nice to find. The space was very neat, clean and calm. I highly recommend booking a message with her.

I just had a great massage with Loren! She is very professional & I felt awesome after my massage. It was a great overall relaxing massage & very therapeutic in the spots I needed since I’ve been working out a lot. She is a great communicator, the facility is very quiet & clean— & I left there ready to schedule another trip back. Definitely recommend!

Had my first massage at SHMC yesterday with Kristin and she blew my expectations out of the water. She was very easy to communicate with and during the massage it was clear that she just has that intuition when it comes to where to apply pressure/work magic. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back
